I'm afraid it's Odell time, as the Giants will stop screwing around trying to run it and spend the entire second half in the shotgun.

Giants give up the 3rd most yards-per-run in the NFL.

Maybe I don't understand the rules. He caught the ball took 2 steps and crossed the goal line.

Does he have to control the ball to the ground after two steps? I thought that was possession.

  11. #91
    I'd have contested it

Wasn't even close. But, sure. It's not like Marvin knows what to do with timeouts.

When it's a TD, control has to be maintained through the goalline until after contact with the ground.

No. But, they did correctly decide to run it more with Hill. Hopefully they do it again, but they need to mix it up with throws over the middle to Eifert when Collins isn't covering him. They only did that once in the first half and got 71 yards.

Soft at guard and center. Several misses at corner. Not addressing linebacker, safety and DE. Head coach hanging on like moss on a tree. An ownership more concerned with "continuity" than performance. What have you got.............a .500 team.....in the words of gomer pyle.....SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE!

That's great. Let's pull this out. We can't kick Field Goals and expect to win.
